Tell Your Senators to Support the Social Security Fairness Act

For decades, two unfair Social Security law provisions have unjustly deprived more than 2 million public service retirees of the benefits they have earned. But we have an opportunity to fix this injustice.

The U.S. House just passed the Social Security Fairness Act (H.R. 82), which would repeal these harmful provisions and restore benefits for affected retirees. More than 60 Senators have cosponsored the Senate version of the bill (S. 597). Now, it’s time to get this over the finish line.
