LCS welcomes national director of business development
LCS has announced that Lesley Vogels has joined its team as the national director of business development.
In her role, Vogels joins vice president of national business development David Mercugliano to focus on opportunities and initiatives to support the LCS Family of Companies.
Vogels brings 28 years of experience to the position, previously working as a vice president of sales for a national therapy firm, census occupancy outcomes specialist and various leadership positions in post-acute settings.
Bridge Senior Living adds corporate head of food and beverage
Bridge Senior Living announced that it has appointed Scott Novak as the corporate head of food and beverage for the company.
In his role, Novak will manage the dining programs, lead initiatives to elevate quality and service, establish and execute food service management programs and “create a program of collaboration,” according to a press release.
Novak brings more than 30 years of food and beverage experience to the position, with roles in senior sales, food and beverage and business development consultant for hotels, cruise lines and rail industry brands.
Health Dimensions Group names vice president of people and culture
Health Dimensions Group has announced that Jennifer Martell has joined the organization as vice president of people and culture.
In her role, Martell is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, development and execution of talent culture programs and the company’s managed communities.
Prior to joining HDG, Martell served as vice president of human resources and regional director of operations for a large senior living organization in the Midwest.
2Life Communities promotes chief of real estate
2Life Communities announced that it has promoted Zoe Weinrobe to chief of real estate on Feb. 5.
In her role, Weinrobe will lead the company’s real estate development at a time when 2Life is developing multiple large-scale projects.
In her previous role as director of real estate, Weinrobe led the creation of around 400 affordable apartments and oversaw renovations to 2Life’s Golda Meir and Coleman Houses.
Jackson Creek names assisted living director
Jackson Creek Senior Living has named Tammy Phillips as its new assisted living director, according to a Feb. 6 press release.
In her role, Phillips will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s assisted living community.
Phillips previous roles include the assisted living director at The Palisades at Broadmoor Park and the patient care coordinator at UnitedHealth Group.
Jackson Creek appoints executive director
Jackson Creek Senior Living has appointed Lauren Hart as its new executive director.
In her role, Hart will aim to enhance the day-to-day operations of the community and “foster a thriving environment,” according to a press release.
Prior to her appointment to her current role, Hart has held roles including a business office manager in memory care and assisted living, human resources director for a skilled nursing facility and associate executive director at a Brookdale Senior Living community.
